Identification Showcases
ID Showcases are one day events open to all softball
athletes (Ages 13-18) interested in furthering their
softball careers. In the morning session of the Showcase,
athletes are put through a complete physical work-out
(running, throwing, fielding, hitting). In
the afternoon session, players will be placed on teams
where PG scouts will further assess ability, hustle and
attitude. Each athlete is given a set of skill grades.
These skill grades are not based upon a specific ID
Showcase, but rather a culmination of past PG ID
Showcases
attendees nationwide. This gives athletes and
college coaches a better assessment of their ability.
After the Showcases, athletes will have their photo,
profile, and skill grades posted on our website.
Generally, the top 10-12 prospects at an ID Showcase will be
invited to a Regional Showcase and the World Fastpitch
Championship Tournament.
